Lemon Cake Bites Recipe

This week I made delicious Lemon Cake Bites. Check out my video:

Ingredients:

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 12 oz. can of 7Up
• lemon frosting
• lemons
• Cool Whip

Directions:

1. Put cake mix and 7Up together in a bowl and mix. Bake cake according to directions on box.
2. Let cake cool off and  using a spoon or ice cream scooper, scoop cake into containers.
3. Gently press into bottom of containers.
4. Layer with lemon frosting.
5. Add a layer of Cool Whip and then garnish with lemon zest, slices optional.
6. Place lid. Chill. Serve.

They are also good for picnics. :)
